Halpatter Brewing Co is a MUST stop while visiting the wonderful Lake City, FL. Halpatter Brewery is located in Historic part of the city where you can find a bunch of Amazing buildings and Structures that have been sitting there since the establishment of the city. The Halpatter Brewery building was constructed in 1939 but finished in 1940 as Lake City's city hall and re-purposed over the years for plenty other uses. This building sat dormant for years until the two brother in-laws saved it from being torn down.
